The Mixed Space holds a safe space for multicultural, multiracial creatives to explore intersectional identity through collaborative conversation and community-building activities. Virtual meetups are held once a month over Zoom.

Virtual Meetups

After the world shut down due to the pandemic, The Mixed Space shifted to monthly workshops held on Zoom. Claire Talbott acted as creative director, event manager, production coordinator, and occasional host.

In-Person Meetups

Prior to the outbreak of COVID-19 in early 2020, The Mixed Space held in-person events in New York City. Claire Talbott served as event manager, production coordinator, and graphic designer for these events.
